Hi from a newbie to Speakout!

From this site and the official SO site, it was my understanding a $100 refill would give me $125 in airtime - I added my $100 then checked my balance and it has only gone up by $100 - will this amend itself, or do I need to call customer service?

Not sure if it is just me, but I find the customer service number to be very quiet and difficult to hear the person on the other end - I hope that is not a sign of the call quality on this network / phone.

Double check the airtime rate.

$100 airtime gets bumped up to $125 because Speakout's system can't handle two different airtime rates.

Perhaps Speakout fixed the problem? See if your airtime rate is 20 or 25 cents per minute.

$100 @ 20cents per minute is the same as $125 @ 25cents per minute.

Did you add one $100 voucher, or two $50 vouchers?

It was a $100 voucher.

I emailed customer service and they have corrected the balance.
