Yesterday I went to buy a Speakout Nokia 1600 for $75 and the cashier told me that if I bought a $100 phone card that the phone would be free. It worked. Nothing was published about the offer. I tried to get a deal in the Whistler 7-11 earlier the same deal and they didn't have any deals.
