Usually if there is a free phone promo, we won't see it until July. However, SpeakOut did not run one last July, only in November. We won't know until they announce it on their site.

So there doing something with text messaging starting next month.

Rogers has a prepaid text bundle that gives you 2500 outgoing texts per month for $10, with each additional message at 15 cents. I suspect SpeakOut will simply mirror that offer.
