Anything change for $75 voucher

I want to buy one $75 prepaid voucher, it will add to my 7-11 prepaid phone for $93.75. But the store manager sold me one $25 voucher and one $50 voucher, so I will only get $75 airtime. I also noticed the $50 voucher was printed 3 days ago. I argued with the store manager, and he is very rude and head strong and said he has no fault. He cheated me there was a promotion for $75 prepaid voucher,, and there is no promotion for the bonus airtime now.

See my response to your other post.
The manager was obviously trying to offload a voucher that was printed by mistake three days ago.
He has a boss. Everyone sooner or later has some level of boss. You should see if his boss agrees with what he tried to do.

Call SpeakOut at 1-866-310-1023 and tell them what happened. Be polite and friendly, and ask them to solve the problem because it cost you airtime.

7-Eleven stores have a bad habit of trying to sell old vouchers. My local store had a few crinkled up airtime vouchers in the lottery ticket holder on the counter. When I last bought a voucher, the clerk started to leaf through them. I told her gently that I needed a new one.

I already called the speakout customer service, They advised me to contact the local store. As Jamesey said, I saw the store manager draw the old voucher from the lottery counter. But I did not think about it at that time.

You get a 25% airtime bonus for buying a $75 or $100 voucher. However, I don't really understand why the OP accepted two vouchers when she bought her airtime.
