I spoke with someone at the Prince Rupert, BC 7-11 store, and she told me that the August 2008 promotion would be the same as the December 2007 promotion: $100 airtime = free phone.

Anybody else confirm this?

It would be nice if that is true as many people will jump on this. But I wouldn't hold my breath unless it is confirmed.

That would be great if it's true !!! My mom really wants to switch from Fido...& keeps asking me if any new promos are coming up.

I was lucky to get the 7-11 Free phone with the $100 airtime purchase last year 🙂

They won't reveal it even if it is true, otherwise everybody will ignore current promo and wait for August:P
