I managed to top up my phone using my credit card but I was looking for the option to automatically top up my phone when I run out or the minutes are set to expire. I called customer support and the rep said it was possible except they did not know exactly where it was on the site.
Anyone know if auto top up is possible?

There are no auto top up as far as I know.

I never heard of it. It's always easy to check your balance/expiry though, and any top up lasts a year.

Auto top up would be a handy feature...but I think many people would rather not have their CC on file. It would be nice if you could set up an email notification when your balance hits a certain limit. I check my speakout online account balance once in a while but aside from that have set up a google calendar alert for when my year top up is close to expiry.

I decided to email SpeakOut and they replied stating they expect to launch auto-top-up in the next few weeks.

You probably already know this:
Dialing *777# will display the cash balance and expiry date - *777 does it by voice
*777*1# for bundle minutes balance and expiry. Plus the cash balance and expiry.
*777*2# for bundle text balance and expiry. Plus the cash balance and expiry.
All of these are free calls.
