Bad service and no money return

I have just lost my 10 CAD for mobile add-on data plan. The site did not give me any warning message when I deactivated option for re-payment this plan again (I was thinking this will stop automatically deduction money from my account ).
The contact staff members did not want to clear my situation.
All looks like the site designed to get money from visitors without notice and service.
Additionally, my account was deducted by monthly 911 call fee, even I had not activated my account/number at all.
