Hello,
My son is going to boarding school; Victoria Island, he uses his mobile here (England) mainly for texting; about 400 a month, and calls to other mobiles / landlines about 100 minutes a month, he may make the odd call to UK (I should clarify.I expect him to use similar quantities calling throughout Canada.. and some to US)
I would appreciate your suggestion for the best package; either pay monthly or pay as you go?
He has an unlocked mobile (Samsung C3050) that I have been told will work there.
Thank you,
Sincerely

Here are a few choices
Roam mobility. A company based in BC. This SIM works all over the world, even in Canada. The SIM costs $50, and $25 a year after that. You get a UK number, and all incoming calls are free. you can forward the calls for free also. Mobile rates apply for the caller, but I am sure you are used to that. Calling and sending SMS messages is pretty expensive though. http://www.roammobility.com
