I just want to ask if anyone knows how long the $5 start-up credit (that's included with the phone purchase) is valid for?

Any every month, when is the $0.99 fee (for 911) taken from the account? Please let me know, thanks!

The initial $5 credit expires after 30 days after activation, you must top up to keep it. I found out last year when my phone stop working.
