I just purchased the Top Up, and both the $100 and $25 bonus seem to have been applied once the transaction was completed with no specific action needed on my part.

What if you want the $25 top up but don't need the SIM? The $25 top up and free sim seem to be the same line in the cart, so if I delete the SIM, it also deletes the top up.

I'm seeing the same thing as you. Not sure if that has changed as last year I did buy the SIM and paid $4 ground shipping. You might have to contact their help line.

I just added to cart and there were two separate lines. I clicked on can on the sim line and was left with the 100 and no sim!

I tried and think it worked. I removed the Sim line and just bought the 100 top up. I wasn't sure what my original balance was to be sure, but I am pretty sure it added $125 to my balance despite removing the Sim line in my cart with the $25 bonus.

Is this offer available in store? I went to four 7/11 today. Two said they don't have Sim cards. One did but didn't think they had the free Sim card with $100 top up. The fourth said there machine was down.

It should be available in store, at least for the SIM card. You'll get the $25 bonus when you activate the voucher online as long as you do it during the promotion period.
Store staff can be clueless about these promotions. I had to show the manager the promo poster in the store before he would honor it.

I went back to the store that had sim cards this morning, but didn't think the sim card was free. They didn't know about it at first, but were able to give me the sim card for free with the $100 purchase.
