Nothing, even now. What the heck??
Not sure what type of world we live in, Set up a new look and insist on password reset which does not work. Who in their right mind goes live with something that basically does not work? Or is it just me.
I ask because I have and do deal with a hobby site which in December before the big Christmas season, changed their complete web site and they are still working on getting it to do what it is supposed to. They obviously lost millions and I have to ask are the inmates getting to be in charge .... or does the work go to the lowest bidder \. perhaps a "coder" in high school? (reference to our BC education, now training coders! )

ok. After waiting for 30 minutes i got through to speak out by phone. It is a known glitch in the system that they don't send out emails to revise your account even though they say they are. It will be corrected asap. In the meantime the phone operators are able to change your password for you. They can only do this for a short while. I did this and can now login to the new website. So the short answer to this issue is you have to call them.

This is day 5 and I still can not log on to my account. Requesting a password reset and I never get an email. I filled in a "Contact Us Form Submission" but never heard a thing. I tried calling your 1-888 number but was in queue for over 30 minutes and gave up. Directly send them an email. Nothing. What is going on?
I can understand that a new system/webpage may have bugs but what is wrong with their support. They could respond... Not impressed.

Finally reset my password, and my phone number is no longer associated with my account. Try to add it and it says someone else is already using it. Call tech support, sit on hold for 15 minutes, then get told to call back later and hung up on. But I'm sure the kids will flock to your service in droves now that you have to click on multiple icons to do the same thing that a single click on a text link used to do.
Great job Rogers, you just lost yourself a customer.

I guess SpeakOut is very inconsistent in their performance on this issue. I've been trying daily since Jan 3rd with no results at all. I had a similar issue after porting my number in and trying to add it to my account. It took three calls to customer service before the issue was resolved by a service tech.
I'm not impressed with their service to say the least.

So today I finally gave up on waiting for them to resolve the problem and called 611. After a long wait in the queue I was told my account had been lost in the transfer and to just open a new one. I did that and was able to add one of my two numbers OK. With the second number I never received the text after two tries.
I had the same problem with this number when I first set up the original account. Although their system was generating the txts (according to their logs) they were not getting through to the phone. Originally that took a few calls to sort out and they ended up having to add the number at their end. Looks like they'll have to do the same thing again. BTW I don't know if this has anything to do with the problem but this number was ported in originally.
Anyways not to impressed with their website. I think the software was written by a chimp.
