I am planning to subscribe to SO service. Just looked the current promotion which is expiring this month end. Does anyone know about next month promotion? I can wait for a week if next promotion is going to be better 🙂

Wait till next month.

Worst case scenerio you don't get the $9 discount but you can at least get a $75 or $100 card instead and get the much lower per minute cost (which saves you more than $9 right there).
