I have been with So for over a year.I added 25 dollars in my account.last months,i made harly 5 calles and i got message that i have only 2 dollars left.i donot use sms,message,service ,no inbox activated to save money??
Can you help me to reduce the cost??

Don't use your phone anymore 🙂 That way it will only cost you .99 cents a month 😉
Seriously, not sure what you are inferring from your comments - are u saying that there is no way your calls took this long and you are being charged for calls/time u didn't use or you can't control the length of your calls or ?? maybe u should clarify

You made 5 calls doesn't mean you used only for 5 mts. Its 25 cents per minute for local calls. So watch your calls.

Question....do SO charges for incoming calls? and is there a montly service charge, someone mentioned something about 99c

Yes, all prepaid cellphones and almost all cellphones on a monthly plan charge for incoming calls.
There's a 99 cent monthly charge when you have a Speakout phone. All prepaid (except Presidents Choice I think) have a monthly fee of around the same amount.
