Depending on the example given- yes, cost would be an average - i.e. the $25 airtime would result in your local calls for that amount costing .25 (i.e. you get 100 minutes - $25/.25) and your $100 airtime credit which actually gets credited to your acct as $125 costs you .20 for local calls (i.e u get 500 minutes - $125/.25) - so the total of 600 minutes in this examples actually cost you $125 ..so average cost per minute is .2083 cents.
And yes, existing minutes are rolled over for another 365 days when new credit is added to account .....AND you can do your calculation all over again depending on the amount of topup you have purchased 🙂
