1. I just want the sim card as I already have an unlocked phone. Is the cheapest way to go just to buy the current promotion with $50 air time and buy the 1208 for $50?

2. Does my minutes roll over if I top up at the end of the year?

Well, the cheapest is to buy a SIM from someone off this list. The price ranges from $25 and up, depending on the amount of airtime left in the card.

Then you can buy a $75 or $100 airtime card so you can get the cheaper per minute rate.
