what would be the rate of incoming calls if I'm out side of my Area?

would all calls charged at long distance rate regardless wherever the call is made from?

I know if I'm inside my calling area, calls are all charged at local rate including international calls.

Just want to know what happens if I'm outside of my area.

Read this:

https://www.speakoutwireless.ca/speak/petro-canada-rates-and-plans/callingreciving-rate-when-out-of-town/page-1/

and this:

https://www.speakoutwireless.ca/speak/technical-service-details/travelling-within-canada/page-1/

When you are outside your local calling area, you will be charged the long distance rate, regardless if the call is outgoing or incoming.

I have a 416/647 number.
From what I know, 416/647 are local to 905/289, 519/226.
Would I be considered within my local area in 905/289 area as well?

Let's say I'm in brampton (which has 905 area code), will I be charged at LD?
Or because brampton (905) is local to 416, so I will be charged at normal rate?

Yes, area codes 905/289 would be considered within your local calling area.

If you have a 416/647 number, then calls made to/from these area codes are considered local calls:

289 416 647 519 226 905
