So my old sim card was in a stolen backpack (but I still have the handset) and 7-eleven refused to send a replacement sim?! They said they can only replace it under specific circumstances...(and apparently stolen sims aren't one of them). So anyone know what those circumstances are?

Yeah, when my back was stolen, they can't replace sims that you can't exchange. If you damage a sim and still have it, I think then you must send it in and replaced for $25 when you can just buy a new one and get the number ported to it with money.
