I know this topic has been discussed before. There is no short codes allowed.

Is there any free service that has a way around this? I have internet access on my phone.

I can't answer the question unfortunately. It seems ridiculous that speakout can't do shortcodes. Is there a reason they don't allow SC?? I thought they might want to prevent it when they made you pay for incoming texts since SC sometimes reply back or you can even get spammed and be charged from something you didn't want. Now that we pay only for out going this theory seems refuted.
