I used to remember that Speakout sent out a SMS when your account was about to expire.

However, my account just expired yesterday but I didn't receive a SMS. So I lost all balance I had remaining when I topped up.

Am I wrong that Speakout used to send a SMS when your account was about to expire?

I could be wrong, but I never heard of SpeakOut doing that. It's easy to check your balance by pressing *777#.
