This must be a local cash register problem.
I also bought airtime yesterday, just outside of Toronto, Ont., and there is no validity period printed on the voucher. The voucher does say "$25/$50/$75/$100 all expire 365 days after activation." The date & time of purchase are also printed on it.
Unfortunately the CSR on duty @611 was no help this morning since she thought there was no validity period and I didn't have time to pursue the matter. :frown:

I don't know who to believe either, I got an email from the Speakout Wireless rep stated as follows:
"We are in the process of standardizing all our vouchers to stating 90 days which is now standard for vouchers with or without expiry dates noted on them"
If our voucher doesn't have an expiration date, what happen if we use it 90 days after purchase?

One year validity is confirmed by speakout wireless, and here is the email response:
Hello,
Thank you for contacting SpeakOut Wireless. Our airtime vouchers will not expire for over 365 days. If you decided to keep a voucher for an extended period of time, we recommend keeping it in a safe place as it cannot be replaced if it is lost. Also, write down the voucher and PIN number in ink as it tends to fade over time.
