So with the new Speakout website, did they change the ability to top-up without having an online account?

It appears that when you attempt to top-up now, you have to create an account. This sucks.

Yes, I could not top up my daughter's (no-airtime-left) phone, as somehow it had disappeared off my account's profile so even logging it, I couldn't top up -- emailed customer service to check their (old) database and add it back in, as I got a message that it'd been registered already :-( Now back on my list of SOW phones again.

To expedite, I ended up buying a voucher at 7-11 store before they managed to correct the omission.
