Why is the online topup discussion closed?
I tried topping up online and it failed. After entering credit card details and clicking "next" (or similar), nothing happened. Firefox didn't stall, it just failed to go past step 2 and display a page saying I had successfully completed top up. A call to the credit card number revealed that they had not received a request for the payment. It was version 5.0 of Firefox, not the latest.
Tried again with Internet Explorer and it worked with no problem.
Except they deducted $2.50 from the $25 I paid. No explanation.
It is annoying that no details of withdrawals or deposits can be seen. I guess we pay the phonecos a lot more to get that!
