i have a 711 phone from last year
my town does not have a 711 in it but i need to refill my phone
is there a way of doing this whithout going to a 711??

You can see if anyone on this site is selling their prepaid top-up voucher, otherwise you will have to visit a 7-Eleven. Also, 7-Eleven does not offer online top-ups at this time.
