did you even click on the link? --- oops looks like speakout fixed the link I was referring to. There was buttons to do online vouchers, etc. - I guess we'll have to wait some more
If they offered online vouchers that would be HUGE to all those not close to a 7-Eleven (Ottawa, Quebec, Maritimes). This is really great if it's true. I wish I saw the site before it was fixed

This is actually what I came to post about. This weekend I was trying to visit the "official" site and mostly got the "not available" message, but once it did give me a glimpse inside and there was a section for adding a voucher online. From what I saw it wasn't clear if you could BUY it online and avoid visiting the store, or only enter it online instead of by phone. Hopefully the former, but even the latter is a step in the right direction.

This from Speakout's improved website:
How do I add airtime to my SpeakOut Wireless account?”
“Airtime vouchers can be purchased in $25, $50, $75, and $100 denominations at your local 7-Eleven store, or online. To activate airtime vouchers from your SpeakOut Wireless phone, dial *888 and follow the prompts. Have your SpeakOut Airtime voucher ready when calling. You may also activate your airtime online.”
I think there are quite a few kinks that still need to be worked out on the website. For instance, I'm not sure we are able to register an account as I can't see the letters the form is requesting in field "Type the letters above:"

The website has been anything but Speak Out's forte since they started (and based on this half-launch, I wouldn't expect a completely smooth ride), but at least we've given them enough business that they've been able to slowly but steadily improve!
Online top-ups would be, well, the bee's knees. Yup, the bee's knees.

Registration works well. They send a text to your phone to verify that you own that account.
Their activation page looks interesting -- you can pick your local city, which means that you can almost pick your area code (multiple area codes could of course serve the same city) rather than using the store code trick.

I can't confirm my registration. The email link is broken. Says.. Whoops, page not found. I even tried cutting and pasting confirmation addy. Any ideas how to complete registration?
there is a faster way. I had the same problem. Just click on Forgot Password and they will email you new password right away. Then put your login and paste the NEW password and you should be good to go. Work for me. Once your in just change your password to whatever you want.
