This must be their annual back-to-school special.

But I guess we have to wait for their annual Xmas special, if we want a free cell phone and a $25 worth of extra minutes.

yup, the current one is not too attractive to existing customer, not a bad way to get a C3 but without the detail of how much they charge for unlock now, not as attractive as i want. I guess I was lucky.
