Can one use a rogers sim on Nokia 1208 phone and purchase minutes from 7-eleven
Just thought i would ask

Yes but it has to be the North American version of the 1208, i.e. one that handles 850/1900 MHz bands. (You indicated on another thread that you bought this 1208 in India.)

Just to clarify.
You can put a Rogers sim, or any sim, into a Nokia 1208 that you bought from Speakout since it should be unlocked.
If you are using a Rogers sim, you are a Rogers client, and will have to buy ROGERS top-up airtime minutes and NOT Speakout top-up airtime minutes.
ROGERS airtime can be purchased at a 7-11 or most stores that sell prepaid airtime.
To be a Speakout customer, you need a Speakout sim, your Rogers sim will not do.
