Hi,

I tried 3 times to enable the pin check and now my PIN has been blocked. It is now asking for the PUK number at the start and I have no idea what the code is. Is there a default PUK number that'd let me log in?

I'm pretty sure the code is unique. Back when I was with Rogers and this happened, I called Rogers and they were able to give me the PUK code. Try calling Speak Out customer service.
