You might be better off checking out Petro Canada's cell phones. These will be easily accessible in Quebec and offer a similar service to 7-Eleven. In fact, it's the same company running both.
I checked before looking for 7-eleven and maybe it was the same in the past but not anymore.
7-eleven is 365 days days of services any ammount of air times .
petro canada is not near 365 days except if you pay 100$ look below
Local Anytime Minutes Days of Service Price**
Up to 60 Minutes Up to 30 Days $15
Up to 100 Minutes Up to 120 Days $25
Up to 200 Minutes Up to 180 Days $50
Up to 400 Minutes+ 40 Bonus Minutes Up to 365 Days $100

Never mind,,It's your credit card address that causes the problem, ...stupid. Moment.......
Can you guys use a proxy to log on to Speakout, purchase a sim and send to me. I will remail it for $5 total via paypal.
With proxy you should be able to buy pins/vouchers and maintain your own account?
to received a sim card its has to be my actual address lol else i never gonna receive it so the proxy thing could work i guess but only for air time voucher but i need a sim card 1st.
