Buying sim card - Toronto | Buy / Sell / Trade | Consumer forum

Looking to buy a Petro Canada or Speakout Wireless SIM card for my phone. Willing to pay through paypal or face-to-face cash exchange if I am able to reach the location by public transit in Toronto.

I don't care if you have a SIM with time on it. But I do have a question as to whether I will be able to change the number of that SIM in order to avoid getting calls from your old uninformed buddies. I am aware that I can change the area code, but I am not familiar if I can change my actual number without charge.
