Can I use a speakout sim card in my rogers Nokia 2610 phone? Simply fed up with Rogers and their raising of long distance recently. Many thanks.

Should be no problem. SpeakOut rus on the Rogers network so even phones that are locked to Rogers (but not Fido) will work.
