Ok im going to be visiting Abbotsford, British Columbia. I currently have simple mobile in the usa and they dont offer roaming and it would be to much anyways. So i would like to get a Petro mobility sim (or speakout but prefer petro) because of there $50 unlimited everything plan. But i dont think they would ship me a sim to the usa and i would like to have one ready for when i get there.
I dont know how much they are but im hoping to pay $20 but will pay more if i have to.
And just a couple questions can you call the US for free from the unlimited plan on petro? (if not ill just use a cheap calling card) how well does the data work on android, im not even sure if im gonna get the data plan i might just get the $40 talk and text. But my phone is a tmobile usa phone so im pretty sure it will only run on 2G/edge.

I have to agree, you would be better off just getting a phone directly from Petro Canada, there are a lot of them in Abbotsford, so you can call them directly to make arrangments. http://www.google.com/search?q.....38;bih=869
I might add, registration is extremely painless, I do not think they even ask for a name, let alone an address.
The unlimited calling is only restricted to the area code, and sometimes surrounding areas. If you already have Skype unlimited for a $3 a month or less, you can use skype2go at no cost. Or you could use localphone.com for less than a penny a minute. With either service, it works like this, you set up a local number you can dial like Vancouver, and when you dial that local Vancouver number, it will connect you to the US number you programmed earlier. No calling card to futz around with. You can use these services when you get back home in the US
