prefessional girl purchased a new Nokia 1661 in Tonga last month. desperately need a Speak out SIM. I am willing to pay up to $25 for it.
PS. Rogers just changed their SIM card price from $40 to $10 two days ago.

If you bought a cell phone in Tonga, it won't work here, unless it's an unlocked GSM quadband phone. SpeakOut uses the North American GSM bands (850/1900). Cell phones in Tonga use the 900 band used elsewhere around the world.

it's a nokia 1661 - exactly the same model as SO sells
