I am wondering how much an S-O SIM card has cost others. I'm guessing $15-20, since the cheapest phones are pretty cheap.
What prices do you know of?

The one I got for my dad (He was with President's Choice Mobility previously) cost me $11.00. I bought it from a seller on this site over a year ago.
I have seen them go from that amount up to $35.00
