Airtime vouchers of any denomination are sold with an activation number that can be applied to any phone having a Speakout sim card. Therefore the seller can email a scanned image of the voucher (clearly showing the activation number) or he may just email the activation number. The seller does this after receiving payment for the voucher, PayPal being the best form of payment. The buyer then calls Speakout (I use 611) and keys in the activation number. I have done this a number of times now and every exchange has been a good one.

Thanks for the reply! Another question is how you can sell air time since it has been already entered? Thanks!
The answer is you should not sell air time vouchers that has already been entered. Since the person who bought it will not be able to get anymore airtime out of it since its already been entered/used on another phone number.
