So let's change the deal a bit guys. You'll be getting a SIM cardless Nokia 1600 in its box and it wll come with its charger and instruction manuals all nicely in its box. Now here's the catch... anyone who wants it has to come pick it up as I do not deliver, I'm located in Brampton. Any takers?

Hi,

Thanks for taking an interest in my SIM cardless Nokia 1600. My email is bsjassi@hotmail.com. When are you able to come pick it up?

Why not throw out a new, perfectly good cell phone and charger? I think the answers are obvious:
- Help a fellow list member possibly get a new and better phone, in the spirit of "freecycling".
- Keep electronics out of landfills

Maybe I'm old-fashioned, but I would NEVER throw away a perfectly good and working phone or other electronic device. I'd always try to find someone who can benefit from it. I've heard that women's shelters are always looking for used cell phones that can be activated and used by their clients.
