Update: It has been brought to my attention (thanks howi) that none of the regular Speak Out phones can be unlocked with codes such as those generated with the site below. However, this might still be useful for people using their own older phones.
Enter your IMEI number (usually found under the battery in the phone) and this site will generate an unlock code for you:
http://www.gsmliberty.net/shop.....unlock.php
Note that the site above does not offer any guarantees that the code will work (nor do I), so use it at your own risk. However, I have personally had success unlocking a Nokia phone with the code that site generated.
Try asking this guy.

I used it successfully too but had to use a combination of the old Microcell and Fido codes... as my phone is an old Nokia 3390.
Anyway, I don't think there is any risk, maximum it will not unlock the phone. I had to try several times before I succeeded but after every trial the phone was still working with the original SIM. However I read somewhere that after more than 4 trials of a code that CODE will not work anymore...

The code from this site worked for my Nokia 6020b (FIDO) phone - on the first try. However note the changes I made.
-put in your NEW SIM card and turn on the phone
-message will read "Phone Restricted. Stop"
-hit the joystick button under the "Undo"
-(phone will bring up a blank box) inside this box enter in the code
Hope this helps!
