I have a brand new Nokia 1661 with no SIM card for sale -- $30.
Dual-band GSM 850/1900.

I bought the phone to get the SIM and charged it only once to activate my number.
Comes with wall charger, battery (BL-4C), stereo headphones (handsfree), manual (everything that it shipped with).
The phone is locked to Petro-Canada Mobile (pretty sure Rogers SIM will work, but not Fido). Unlock code is less than $5 on ebay.
