I have a Petro-Canada sim for sale, it has 45.62$ credit and an expiry date of January 15 2010. Asking for 70$ or best offer.
I live in lower mainland, B.C. and I prefer local, tho I can send you the sim through mail if you pay for registred shipping.

Some people might like Petro-Canada since with them you can buy airtime at any petrol stations, which are everywhere, unlike 7-11, and you can buy airtime online. They might also collect petro-canada points.
I am dropping the price to 60$, for which you get 45$ credit. You don't have to spend 50-60$ for 5$ credit SIM just to buy a phone from petro-canada if you already have a phone laying around.
Oh and HI, you forgot to add the taxes in your price 😛
