No offense, but that's a little overpriced.
For $100 plus tax you can get a new SIM (with $5 already on it), a $100 top-up card (which gets grossed up to $125), and a new Nokia 1208 phone.
So, if you're in Ottawa, for $113 ($100+tax) you'll get:
-SIM
-Phone
-$130 of airtime
So, your SIM with $135 on it and no phone is a little pricey at $130. I would either price it at $90-$100 (max), or wait until the current promotion is over.
Heck, even when the promotion ends, $130 might still be too much.

But, the guy that bought it was an idiot.
Or he was not strong at math or he did not want or did not have time to chase for a phone from a store 🙂
Or there is no 7-11 store where he lives 😉
haven't you seen people buying gas from a station where the price is higher than the one across the street? 😛
