Is there any place online that will sell me phone/sim card package?
I want to get one but I live 9 hours away from closest 7-11.
Is there a service out there that will buy phone package for me and send it to me if I pay them?
I really only need an unactivated sim but I realize it is will probably safer to just get a phone/sim package.
Any help greatly appreciated.

The only other way would be to check the "Phone Exchange" forum on this site. People sell phones and sim cards there all the time, and some will ship to your address.

If you're 9 hours from the closest 7-11 how do plan on buying more minutes?
As far as I know you can only buy time at 7-11.Unless they've changed it.
Make incoming call billing illegal!!

Are there any Petro Canada stations nearby? Petro Canada has a similar wireless service.
If you decide to go with 7-Eleven, you could check the Phone Exchange forum for other people selling airtime, in addition to phones and SIM cards as iamdrumming mentioned.
