Hi guys. I want to buy a 711 SIM card locally in Toronto, preferably one with NO balance (since I'm porting in and won't be able to take advantage of it anyways).

AFAIK it doesn't matter what AC you get because you can call SO CS, tell them you've moved and ask them to change your number to one in a different AC. There is no charge for this.
preferably one with NO balance (since I'm porting in and won't be able to take advantage of it anyways).
Again, it doesn't matter. When you port in a number to SO, your balance with them doesn't change.

I have a USED sim up for sale, located in Hamilton for Local Pick up or 10dollar for express post shipping, 3 cents on sim card. 30$ shipped or 20 if you come pick it up.
