Speak Out offers the Nokia 2760 flip phone. I do not see it listed on the official Speak Out site, but I have seen it in my local 7-Eleven.
Also, any unlocked GSM flip phone (that operates on the North American bands 850/1900mHz) will work with Speak Out as well.

Actually Nokia 2760 is on Speakout official site under phones - costs $90 - http://speakout7eleven.ca/pages/phones/

Better yet - if you need some SO airtime - buy the $100 topup and for $16 more you can get the Nokia 2760. $100 airtime purchase entitles you to $74 credit toward purchase of phone ($90 - $74)

Yes, I see the Nokia 2760 is listed again on the official site, however, when I originally posted, it wasn't listed. I've read some reviews, and although it has more features (Bluetooth, camera etc), the reviews have been average at best.
