I am looking to buy a speakout phone, no SIM needed. This would be ideal for those who need just a SIM card and don't need a phone.

Actually, any unlocked phone would go, but ideally it should be sturdy and have long battery life -- capable of holding a charge for 5-7 days, while having minimal features ( I'd need voice calls, SMS and that's it ).
