If you need any area code, it would be easier to pick up a Speakout USA sim card in New York while you are there, or any other USA prepaid carrier. SpeakOut Canada does NOT work in the USA at all. Just go to a 7-Eleven in NYC. There were some I passed when I was in Manhattan. They have a promotion going on as well right now.

Claudette - you should clarify - the SIM you want - is it for use in Canada or the US - area code 519 is for Quebec - as iamdrumming has indicated, Speakout Canada does not work in US and likely Speakout USA does not work in Canada??? So, if you need this for travelling in Canada only, you may wish to so indicate.
