I have unlocked phone already.
I need a SIM card to get a local number.
Does anyone sell Toronto area SIM card with airtime?

Once SIM card activated, is the deposit available for 365 days, right?

I have a 416 SIM card with $5 not yet activated, once you activate it, you have 365 days however you will be charged for 911 monthly which I believe is $1 a month. I also have a $50 card that can be added to the $5 dolars must be activated within the next 80 days and expires in a year from now.
Asking price for SIM only is $35
