Bought impatiently for the SIM card before they were selling them in stores for $10.

Presumably locked to Speak Out Wireless. You will need your SpeakOut SIM or a new one for $10 to work.

Used to make 1 call to activate the SIM. Still has plastic film on the phone and all packaging.
