the phone i got from petrocan says 1208b the one on the website is 1208 has fm radio and bluetooth 2.0 whats up?
As others have said, the BT and FM are typos.
As for model numbers:
- 1208b is for North America. It operates on 850/1900 MHz bands. That's what PCM and 7-11 sell.
- 1208a is for overseas. It operates on 900/1800 MHz bands.
- 1208 refers to this model generically, i.e. 1208b in the Canadian market.

The headset/loopset options are in the 'Settings' menu. Just press the 'Menu' key, scroll over to 'Settings' (The setting menu looks like a wrench), then scroll over to "Enhancement settings". It looks like a pair of headphones with a wrench under it.
i know were they are i didnt see them mentioned in reviews
