You pay 20¢/min for local calls within your area code and 30¢/min for long distance. There are no additional roaming charges. You can make calls to locations outside Canada. The per minute rates vary and they're more than 30¢/min. You can't use the phone to make or receive calls on the PCM network from outside Canada.
