I would have... But currently I don't plan on investing $100 in air-time although its valid for 1 year.
Just a question though... Can I buy $100 air-time in 4x$25 or 2x$50 denomination? And which one ($25 or $50) is valid for 1-year? Thanks...
Hence I'm looking for just a Speakout SIM.
Still looking.......

Hi good luck in finding a SIM card all by itself. I'm in Victoria BC and placed an ad in this forum for one recently. After placing the ad I looked through the forum and saw how many other folks had advertised wanting SIM cards, and how many ads there were attempting to sell phones with no SIM cards. Everybody here APPEARS want the same thing. -- I have access to an old Rogers phone and just want a SO SIM to pop into it.
I ended up scarping the bottom of the SO barrel -- I bought the cheapest phone and took the SIM card out of it. I got three things with that -- the SIM card, a $5.00 airtime credit, and the phone. If I consider that the $5.00 credit covered my taxes, I figure my value is split as $30.00 for the card which I want, and $30.00 for the phone which I don't want.
I've checked http://www.usedvictoria.com or craigslist locally for people wanting Rogers phones -- there are lots of folks with unfinished contracts looking for cheap phones to finish their contrats. People want to replace lost phones, dead phones, stolen phones, and even some that didn't survive a trip through the washing machine. I have a brand new phone with a 1 year warranty for one of them at a reasonable price. I can either list the phone myself hoping to squeeze an extra 50 cents out of it, or I can start at the top of the "Rogers Phone Wanted" search on those sites and contact people until it sells. My preference is to sart at the top of the list with people who have clearly stated that they want a cheap phone that will work on Rogers. I can be entirely flexible in my asking price as long as I remember that they can go to 7-11 and get a phone like mine for $59.00 themselves.
I've tested the phone -- it works with a Rogers Sim card, the SO SIM card, and a Primus SIM card, so it is marketable.
