looks like a Bell SIM in a plastic wrapper. Can this be UNLOCKED to run with the 7-11 SIM card? If so, any rec on a place to get the UNLOCK code? I see lots of sites on the internet will email a code. thanks for the help.

I know this cell is old but it is better than my OLD Nokia one that I have had for 8 years.
